About the project

I was part of a small digital transformation team with the goal of shaping the digital strategy for a new INGKA Shopping Center Concept Scheduled to open its first center in London in 2021.

I conducted user research and developed assets to be used in strategy development and communications between the various teams involved in the project. I also facilitated a customer journey workshop with key personel participating from the various teams to help shape long term decisions around the digital strategy for the shopping center concept.

Design challenges

It was an enormous project with many moving parts.

The first challenge was to devour all the background information necessary to understand the challenges on a deep level, after having been brought in on relatively short notice.

The second challenge was to navigate the corporate politics common in such large organisations.
